This Sunday, It’s All About Faith, one of Unity’s 12 Powers. Learn more about what faith is all about and how you can increase your own perceiving power of faith.
This Sunday’s Services
Services on Sunday mornings are at 9:30 AM and at 11:00 AM, when Unity of Palm Harbor’s Youth Ministry Program is also happening in the classrooms in the Heritage Building.
This Sunday, our Senior Minister, Reverend Bob will be discussing one of the Twelve Powers that most of us often wish we could have more of: FAITH.
What is the meaning of faith, exactly? In Unity, it is categorized as a power of perception, the ability to believe, intuit and perceive.
In Hebrews 11:1, it is mentioned that it is “the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” Faith is the faculty that allows us to go outside of what we can’t actually have hard proof of in any given moment and to trust the divine idea that Truth will manifest itself for us even if we cannot picture that yet in our reality.
Unity of Palm Harbor’s Sunday services are friendly, positive and uplifting. They are more spiritual than religious and include congregational singing, special music, an inspiring talk led by one of our ministers, meditation and prayer.
Musicians this week include Terrel and Michele and the band, Joy Katzen-Guthrie and The Krouts.
We have prayer chaplains available after each service to pray with you.
There is fellowship after each of the services, as well, in the UPH Heritage Building.
Wednesday Evening Meditation Service
Relax and unwind mid-week at Unity of Palm Harbor’s Meditation Service at 6:00 PM on Wednesdays. This service is calming and gives you the space to get in touch with the God of your own understanding at a deeper level.
After the service, you may also wish to attend the Amrit Yoga class, led by licensed Amrit instructor, Deanna Gray.
