Things changed yesterday. Our physical bodies and nature around us changed. Maybe our relationships with others, our work, or other attributes of our lives changed. Someone said that the only constant in life is change.
Often, we consciously chose the changes in our lives, but sometimes we do not. No matter the circumstances, there can be the opportunity, and the necessity, to feel what could be fear, anger, grief and loss.
Do we allow ourselves to be spiritual beings having a human experience, or do we deny and cover our reactions with “toxic positivity” and “spiritual bypass?”
