The 1-1/4 hour class is held at 1:00 pm on Thursdays for a Love Offering.

Chair Yoga offers a wide range of mental, physical, and spiritual benefits.

This is the perfect way to do yoga stretching, toning, stress reduction, harmony and balance, without having to worry about getting down on the floor and how to get back up.

Karen Solovei will gently guide you through the movements, allowing you to grow into your capabilities, stretching and toning.

All ages welcome
No experience needed.
Bring a light blanket and small pillow
to class if you can.
